Arc Herkimer’s Terry Talbot won 3rd place for his painting “Shroom with a View” in The Arc New York’s annual art competition between chapters.
Arc Herkimer Activities Coordinator, Jackie Lawson said, “Terry really enjoys art projects and his enthusiasm for them truly shines in his painting.”
Talbot was awarded a ribbon, certificate, and gift card for his winning submission.
